Postage & Returns

Returns Policy


We are unable to accept returned underwear products due to hygiene reasons. Therefore please check correct sizing before purchasing, otherwise you can contact me and discuss more options.


You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. 

To enable us to process your return goods, please make sure the items are in the condition you bought them in. We will also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of goods damaged or faulty.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund (only if goods are damaged or faulty) once we have received and processed the returned item.

Postage

Postage within Australia will incur a standard cost of $10 per order. There will be an added cost for remote areas.

When you place your order, we estimate you will recieve your goods within 14 working days.

We are in the process of adding international orders to the US to be available. Click on the $US currency when ordering & you will get the correct amount on each item & postage.
